• 1 ½ liter milk
• 90 g suar
• 2 packs pudding powder, vanilla
• 2 egg (s)
• 0.25 liter ¼ cream
• 1 bar chocolate (block chocolate)
• 2 cl rum
• 1 pinch (s) salt

Instructions

1. Bring the milk with salt and sugar to a boil.
2. Mix the pudding powder with the eggs and some of the cold milk (according to instructions) and stir into the boiling milk. Then let it cool down.
3. Whip the cream until stiff and fold into the cold vanilla cream.
4. Grate the block chocolate and mix into the cream, season with 1 (or more, depending on your taste) shot glass of rum.
