- Bring the milk with salt and sugar to a boil.
- Mix the pudding powder with the eggs and some of the cold milk (according to instructions) and stir into the boiling milk. Then let it cool down.
- Whip the cream until stiff and fold into the cold vanilla cream.
- Grate the block chocolate and mix into the cream, season with 1 (or more, depending on your taste) shot glass of rum.
