Preheat the oven to 250-300 ° C. Bake the bread for about 5 minutes over high heat. Then lower the temperature to 200 ° C and open the oven door a crack (clamp a wooden spoon or similar in between). Bake for 35 minutes.
Then brush the bread again with water and bake for another 20 minutes with the oven door closed. The baking time is significantly reduced for rolls because they are shorter.
