Instructions
Fry the mince with onions. Add the mushrooms, corn, tomatoes (puree beforehand) and ketchup and cook well. Add the cream, salt, pepper, paprika and Tabasco and cook again well.
Let it steep for 24 hours, bring to the boil and season to taste - done!
