Cut the onion and the garlic cloves into fine cubes and fry them in a large saucepan with the sunflower oil and the minced meat. When the meat is done, add the strained and chopped tomatoes and kidney beans. Now the celery is cut into pieces and also put in the pot. Finally, the juice of the squeezed lime is added. Everything should now simmer for at least 15 minutes.
The chilli is garnished in a bowl with avocado and, if you like, nachos can also be served.
