Cut the vegetables into cubes. Place the corn and beans in a colander, rinse and drain.
Heat the oil in a pan and fry the mince vigorously. Fry the onions, garlic, paprika and celery briefly. Dust with the flour and sweat. Add 300 ml water and simmer for 5 minutes.
