Cut the tomatoes into pieces about 0.5 cm in size. Chop the garlic, do not press. Sauté the garlic and chanterelles in a large pan in hot olive oil. Make sure that the garlic does not turn brown. Add paprika powder and turmeric and sauté briefly. Add the tomatoes and stir well. Simmer gently over low heat, stirring occasionally. Add oregano and season with salt and pepper.
Put the cooked spaghetti in the pan and stir well.
