Mix the cereal flakes, nuts, almonds, desiccated coconut, cinnamon and sugar. Mix water with oil and maple syrup or honey. Add to the nut and flake mixture, mix well and spread on a deep baking sheet.
Roast in a preheated oven at 160 ° C top and bottom heat for 40-45 minutes, turning the muesli every 10 minutes. Pour into a bowl and let cool.
Chopped dried fruits, pistachios or chocolate can also be added to the cooled muesli.
Further variation options:
Walnuts, pine nuts, sunflower seeds, sesame seeds, etc.
Arrange with milk or yoghurt and fresh fruit before serving.
The muesli stays fresh for 2-3 weeks in tightly sealable cans or glasses.
