- We need a very ripe banana. Break the banana pulp into small pieces, transfer to a bowl and mash with a fork until puree.
- Add the egg, milk, sugar and melted butter to the banana puree. Stir.
- Mix flour with baking powder, sift into a bowl with a banana-egg mixture. Use a spoon to knead the dough.
- Lubricate microwave-safe molds with a thin layer of oil. Divide the banana dough into these tins.
- Microwave the banana pudding at 800 watts for 3 minutes for small pan (4 pieces) and 4 minutes for slightly larger pan (2 pieces).
- The banana pudding is ready. Serve it for breakfast or for dessert.
