• 500 g quark, lean
• 120 ml oil
• 110 g suar
• 1 packet custard powder, vanilla flavor
• 1 packet vanilla sugar
• 2 egg (s)
• some lemon juice
• 1 can mandarin (s), without juice

Instructions

1. Mix everything except for the mandarins, then fold in the mandarins. Fill into a silicone baking mold and place in the microwave at 600 watts for 20 minutes. Then let stand for 5 minutes and check the middle, if it is still soft, put in again for 2-5 minutes.
2. Let cool down completely and remove from the mold.
