Wash the pumpkin and cut off a lid on top. Core the pumpkin and remove the fibrous parts with a spoon. Cook the lower part in the microwave on the highest setting for 5 minutes.
In the meantime, fry the minced meat, remove from the heat and stir in the creme fraîche. Season to taste. I had an African blend of spices that went very well.
Pour the filling into the pumpkin, put the lid on again and put it in the microwave for about 1 minute on the highest setting.
As a starter, side dish or with a baguette and / or salad, a whole meal. One pumpkin per person.
It can also be prepared in the oven at 220 ° C (more practical if you want to prepare several pumpkins at the same time), which then takes about 20 minutes.
