Instructions

  1. Chop peppers, onions, garlic cloves and potatoes into small pieces. Fry the minced meat in olive oil, add the cut vegetables and pour the meat stock, season. Cook everything until cooked, let the soup cool down for approx. 20 minutes.
  2. Pour the cream into the cold soup and can only heat it up, NO MORE COOKING. This soup is great to prepare and serve at any time.
