Instructions

  1. Cook the pasta in salted water according to the instructions on the packet, rinse and drain. Rinse the chicken breast fillets, pat dry and cut into thin slices. Clean the mushrooms and cut in half.
  2. Heat 2 tablespoons of oil in a large pan, fry the meat briefly on all sides. Take out and season with salt and pepper.
  3. Possibly add some more oil to the pan and fry the halved shiitake mushrooms vigorously. Also take out.
  4. Put the stock in the pan, cook the Asian vegetables (5 - 7 minutes). Roughly chop the peanuts, add to the vegetables with the noodles, mushrooms and meat and season with soy sauce and sweet chilli sauce. Sprinkle with coriander or parsley.
