Instructions

  1. Knead both types of flour, the milk, yeast, baking powder and sugar together and brush with oil. Let rise in a warm place for 1 hour. The rising time can be shortened by letting the dough rise in the oven at the lowest temperature.
  2. Then shape into buns in any shape. Brush with egg and sprinkle sesame seeds or other grains on top. Let rise again on the lowest setting in the oven (approx. 20 minutes).
  3. Increase the temperature to 260 degrees. Bake for another 15 to 20 minutes.
  4. The amount of milk can vary depending on the type of flour, if necessary add a little more flour or milk until the dough is nice and soft.
  5. The amount is enough for 10-12 rolls, depending on how you shape the rolls. Otherwise I make double the amount, otherwise nothing will be left after breakfast (if necessary, you can of course freeze it).
