Instructions

  1. Peel and core the peaches, layer them in a glass with the mint and mustard seeds. Warm the honey so that it becomes liquid. Pour over the fruit and add the vinegar.
  2. Leave everything in a sunny place for 14 days. Then strain the vinegar and bring to the boil. Pour the hot vinegar over the peaches again and let stand for another week. Then strain and fill into bottles.
