Remove the green stalk from the pepper and cut into pieces with the seeds. Remove the peppers from the stalk and seeds and cut into pieces. Dice onions and garlic and add.
Put everything in a saucepan and add the water and all the other spices. Everything boiled for about 20 minutes, gently bubbling.
Then pour hot into preserving jars and turn upside down.
Tip: We mix 2 - 3 tablespoons with cream cheese and feta, great spread. My men want it pure with grilled meat. I like to make 1 - 2 tablespoons in sauces.
If you like it spicier, you can just replace the peppers with chilli.
