  1. Cut the turkey schnitzel into cubes and season with salt and pepper. Fry in hot oil. Peel the onion, cut into strips and fry with it. Add the sweet paprika powder, toast briefly and then deglaze with approx. 1/8 liter of water. Add the diced bell pepper and simmer for about 20 minutes. Then stir in the cream and crème fraiche and reduce briefly. Season to taste with salt, pepper and rose-hot paprika powder. Serve hot.
