Instructions

  1. Peel and wash all the fruit, if the berries are fresh (I like to use the frozen ones and put them in the blender even when frozen delicious!). Put all the fruits in the blender.
  2. Add lemon juice, honey and the milk kefir and mix everything briefly and vigorously. Stir in the oat bran and linseed oil. Fill the drink into 2 large glasses and enjoy!
