Instructions

  1. Put the flour in a bowl, press the well in the middle. Crumble the yeast in it, add 2 teaspoons of sugar. Mix carefully with 4 tablespoons of lukewarm milk and a little flour. Let rise for approx. 30 minutes in a warm place (e.g. oven, max. 50 degrees). Cover the bowl with a kitchen towel.
  2. Conn. Add the remaining ingredients and knead well with the dough hook. Cover again and let rise for about 30 minutes as before.
  3. Line the baking sheet with parchment paper. Conn. Knead the dough and shape into 8 equal-sized rolls, dusting your hands with flour if necessary so that the dough does not stick.
  4. Brush the rolls with the egg white.
  5. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees and bake the rolls for about 15-20 minutes.
