Instructions

  1. Melt the chocolate in the microwave or over a hot water bath and then let it cool down.
  2. Whip the cream with the hand mixer. Stir the lukewarm melted chocolate into the cream. Scrape out the vanilla pod and also add the vanilla pulp to the cream.
  3. Spread 2 tablespoons of chocolate cream on a platter or large plate. Place 4 milk slices side by side on top of the cream layer. Brush the milk slices with another layer of cream and sprinkle with the chocolate shavings. Repeat this three more times and spread the remaining cream on the sides to cover the layers. Finally, sprinkle with chocolate shavings again and place in the freezer for at least 4 hours.
