Instructions

  1. Wash the millet and cook according to the instructions on the packet.
  2. Cut the vegetables into small cubes. Heat the olive oil in a large pan and sauté the vegetables. Add the tomato paste and stir. Then pour in the wine and vegetable stock and let it boil down a little.
  3. Finally add the sour cream, cream and parsley, season with the spices. Add the millet and mix everything.
  4. A fresh leaf salad tastes good with it.
