Instructions

  1. Add flour and millet flakes to the milk, stir and let soak for about 20 minutes. Mix in the sugar, vanillin, sugar, yolk and salt, gently fold in the egg whites.
  2. Bake pancakes and keep warm,
  3. Puree the strawberries with the hand blender, add sugar and cream (also puree made from plums or apricots tastes very good).
  4. Fill the pancakes with it, drizzle 1 tablespoon of chocolate sauce over it and serve with whipped cream.
