Clean and wash the Brussels sprouts and cook in the broth for about 15 minutes until al dente. In the meantime, peel and finely chop the onion and garlic. Preheat the oven to approx. 180 ° C.
Fry the mince in a pan with a little oil until crumbly. Then add the onion, garlic and gnocchi until it has turned some color. Season well with salt and pepper.
Drain the Brussels sprouts and place in a baking dish. Spread the mince and gnocchi on top. Sprinkle with the cheese and season with oregano.
