- Dice the onion and bacon. Clean the mushrooms and cut them in slices.
- Heat the oil, fry the onion and bacon in it until translucent. Mix in the minced meat, mash finely and stir-fry until the juice has evaporated.
- Stir in the mushrooms and sauté briefly. Pour in the broth and simmer for 5 minutes. Season with salt, pepper and marjoram.
- Stir in the peas, simmer the sauce for another 5 minutes, stir the starch in the cream until smooth, mix into the sauce, simmer for another 2 minutes.
- Finally, season the sauce with nutmeg and lemon and stir in the parsley.
- It goes well with spaghetti or rice.
