Instructions

  1. Dice the onion and bacon. Clean the mushrooms and cut them in slices.
  2. Heat the oil, fry the onion and bacon in it until translucent. Mix in the minced meat, mash finely and stir-fry until the juice has evaporated.
  3. Stir in the mushrooms and sauté briefly. Pour in the broth and simmer for 5 minutes. Season with salt, pepper and marjoram.
  4. Stir in the peas, simmer the sauce for another 5 minutes, stir the starch in the cream until smooth, mix into the sauce, simmer for another 2 minutes.
  5. Finally, season the sauce with nutmeg and lemon and stir in the parsley.
  6. It goes well with spaghetti or rice.
