Mix the minced meat, spinach, cheese and breadcrumbs with all the other ingredients well and knead (food processor is helpful). With wet hands, roll them into balls about 5 - 6 cm thick and cook them in lightly salted water that should boil gently. When the balls float on top, let it steep for another 5 minutes.
Fits e.g., with kohlrabi and boiled potatoes or with a creamy cheese sauce with bread dumplings.
