Peel the shallot, first cut into slices, then into small cubes and place on a plate.
Peel the garlic cloves, cut into fine cubes and put them on the plate.
Halve the spring onion lengthways, cut into very fine rolls and place on the plate.
Heat the fat in a pan on medium heat, add the spoonful of sugar and let it caramelize. Add shallots, garlic cloves and spring onions and gently simmer over low heat.
In the meantime, put the minced meat in a bowl, beat the egg over it and sprinkle the grated cheese on top.
Add the steamed contents of the pan, mix everything well and season to taste with the spices.
Put the fat in the pan again and set it to medium heat.
Pour the flour into a bowl or bowl, form small balls from the minced meat mixture, toss in flour and immediately place in the pan.
Process the entire minced meat one after the other - I ended up having 26 mini fricos - depends of course on how big or small you turn the meatballs.
I also ate mini spiral noodles and a chicory salad, but there are no limits to your ideas for putting together your dishes.
Can be wonderfully warmed up in the micro - thanks to the cheese it contains, they taste almost freshly made.
