Instructions

  1. Onion, zucchini, spring onion and carrot cleans, cut into pieces and fry in a little oil with the minced meat. Then deglaze with the water and season with salt, pepper, nutmeg and the grained vegetable stock.
  2. Let the soup simmer for about 30 minutes. Then puree with the hand blender. Put a little whipped cream or creme fraîche on the filled plate before serving.
