Ingredients
- 600 g minced meat, half beef, half pork
- 1 medium onion (s), diced
- 4 cloves garlic, finely diced
- 650 ml meat stock
- 100 ml red wine
- 1 red pepper (s), cut into bite-sized pieces
- 1 bell pepper (s), yellow, cut into bite-sized pieces
- 1 green pepper (s), cut into bite-sized pieces
- 100 g tomato paste
- 1 pinch chili powder
- 0.5 ½ teaspoon, sprinkled paprika, hot as rose
- 0.5 ½ teaspoon, leveled salt
- 0.5 ½ teaspoon, heaped pepper
- 250 g pasta (Spirelli)
- possibly oil, for frying
Instructions
- Fry the minced meat with the onions and garlic. Braise the paprika. Deglaze with red wine and stock. Add the tomato paste, the spices and the pasta.
- Close the pressure cooker and cook for 8-10 minutes from the appearance of the 2nd ring.
- Season to taste as desired.
