Instructions

  1. Put the meat in a bowl, add the soy sauce and garlic, mix well and let it steep for about 10-20 minutes.
  2. Heat the butter in a high frying pan and sauté the onions, add the minced meat and stir-fry a little. Add the curry powder and sauté briefly. Deglaze with the white wine and add the peas. Cover everything and cook for about 5 minutes. Add the double cream, season with salt and pepper and cook again for a few minutes, uncovered.
