Cook the rice according to the instructions on the packet and then let it evaporate. Wash the leek and cut into thin rings.
Sear the minced meat in a pan with a little oil. Dice the onion and bell pepper and add to the meat. Then season with salt, pepper, marjoram and oregano.
Then pour the meat stock and add the leek. Let it boil down a little over low heat. Finally mix with the rice.
For the sour cream, coarsely grate the cucumber, drain the salt and the resulting water. Peel the garlic and press it through a press. Add the garlic and sour cream to the cucumber and stir. Then serve with the rice pan.
