Instructions

  1. Heat the oil in a medium saucepan. Add the onion rings and stir-fry until golden brown. Add the chopped red chili peppers, half of the coriander leaves and the chopped tomato cubes to the onion rings in the saucepan. Reduce the heat to the lowest level.
  2. Stir the salt, the grated ginger, the chopped garlic cloves into the tomato and onion mixture.
  3. Then heat a pan with a little oil and stir-fry the minced lamb for about 7-10 minutes. Stir the seared minced lamb into the tomato and onion mixture. Add the peas and cook for about 3 - 4 minutes, stirring occasionally. Now mix in the chili powder.
  4. Serve the minced lamb with peas and garnish with the rest of the coriander.
  5. We served rice with it.
