Heat the clarified butter in a large pan with a high rim. Sear the mince on the highest setting. Then add the onions cut into small cubes and let them turn to glass.
Wash the peppers, cut into small cubes and add to the mince. Continue frying at a high temperature. After about 10 minutes, mix in the eighthed tomatoes and the sliced mushrooms. Dice the pickles and add. Add the tomato paste, deglaze with cream and season with salt and pepper. Simmer for another 10 minutes, until the vegetables are firm to the bite.
Sprinkle with parsley before serving. Boiled potatoes and lettuce go well with it.
