Meanwhile, fry the minced meat and add the mushrooms. Fry until the minced meat is through and the mushrooms are tender. Add crème fraîche and season with salt, pepper and dried chilli to taste.
Spread out the puff pastry in a size 28 springform pan. Spread the minced meat mixture on the puff pastry. Sprinkle with as much cheese as you like and, if necessary, fold over the protruding edge of the puff pastry.
Bake until golden yellow for approx. 20 - 25 minutes
