Instructions

  1. Take the pizza dough out of the package, place half on the bottom of a greased springform pan, cut the other half into strips and use it to line the edge of the springform pan. If you like, you can put some breadcrumbs on the dough base so that the base does not soak through so quickly after baking.
  2. Cut the onions into cubes and fry them with the ground beef. Season to taste with ajvar, salt, pepper and chilli. Cut the zucchini and bell pepper into small cubes and sauté in the pan. If you like, you can of course add any other vegetable to taste.
  3. After switching off the hotplate, dice the feta cheese and mix it with the minced meat mixture. Beat the eggs briefly, stir in the sour cream and the grated Emmentaler and mix this cream with the minced meat mixture.
  4. Put everything together on the prepared pizza dough and bake at 210 ° C top / bottom heat on the middle rack for 30 minutes.
