Instructions

  1. Peel and finely dice the carrot and onion. Finely chop the garlic.
  2. Heat the oil in a pan and sauté the carrot, onion and garlic briefly. Add the minced meat and fry in it. Season with salt and chilli. Pour in water and carrot juice, stir in peanut butter and simmer for about 2-3 minutes. Dust with flour, stir in and simmer for 1 minute. Season with salt and pepper and garnish with parsley.
