Finely dice onions and peppers, fry in oil. Add the minced meat, cut with a fork and fry for 5 minutes. Add salt, pepper, oregano, paprika (possibly soy sauce), finely diced cucumber and tomatoes with juice and simmer for another 2 minutes.
Prepare the mashed potatoes according to the instructions, quickly stir in the egg yolks and season with nutmeg.
Pour the minced meat ragout into a buttered casserole dish, cover with mashed potatoes. Sprinkle with grated cheese and breadcrumbs and put flakes of butter on top. Cook in the preheated oven at 200 degrees on the middle rack for 30 minutes. This dish is well suited to prepare. It goes very well with salad.
