Instructions

  1. Grease a tart pan (28 cm diameter), cover with the finished dough and sprinkle with breadcrumbs.
  2. Dice the onion and fry it crumbly with the mince, seasoning well. In addition to salt and black pepper, I like to use the minced meat and meat seasoning from Maggi, but you can also use some stock powder as an alternative. Clean the leek and cut into fine rings and add to the mince. Deglaze with white wine and steam until the leek is soft.
  3. Add processed cheese and mustard and mix well, season again if necessary. Remove the pan from the stove and let the mixture cool slightly (lukewarm). Add 2/3 of the grated cheese and 2 beaten eggs (size M), stir again and distribute the mixture on the quiche dough.
  4. Bake at 180 ° for 30-40 minutes. Sprinkle on the remaining cheese 15 minutes before the end of the baking time.
  5. Quickly made with the ready-made dough - great as a dinner with a green salad or for parties, the quiche also tastes cold!
