  2. Fry the minced meat with the onions and garlic and season with pepper, salt, paprika and marjoram. Add the leek and mushrooms and fry everything for 5 minutes.
  3. For the sauce, mix together processed cheese, sour cream, water and cream cheese and season to taste with pepper, salt, herbs and a little broth.
  4. Put the minced meat, mushroom and leek mixture with the potatoes in a casserole dish, pour the sauce over it and place the casserole in the oven at 175 ° C for 30 minutes. After the 30 minutes, sprinkle the grated cheese over the casserole and bake everything for another 15 minutes.
