Fry the minced meat in hot clarified butter while stirring until crumbly. Season with salt, pepper and paprika. Finely chop the onion and add to the meat, fry briefly.
Wash and halve the peppers, cut into strips and add to the meat. Peel the cucumber, cut in half and scrape out the seeds with a teaspoon. Cut into 0.5 cm thick slices and add to the meat, sweat briefly. Pour in the vegetable stock and pour rosemary over it. Simmer over medium heat for about 8 minutes.
