Instructions

  1. Soak the roll in water and squeeze it out. Finely dice the onion. Make a minced meat dough from the minced meat, the squeezed out bun (or or the breadcrumbs), the onions and the herbs and season. Finally, add the vegetable stock to the minced meat batter.
  2. Grease a deep baking sheet and spread the minced meat batter on it. Drain the pineapple slices and place on one half of the dough. Put a teaspoon of jam in the center of each pineapple slice. Cover the other half of the minced meat batter with the breakfast bacon.
  3. Roast in the oven for approx. 1 hour at 170 degrees Celsius. After roasting, pour the gravy through a sieve into a saucepan, skim off the roasting fat and bind with a sauce thickener.
  4. We also have boiled potatoes and crispy green beans.
