Heat 2 tablespoons of oil in a pan and sauté the onion cubes. Then add the minced meat and fry until it is light brown and crumbly. Season with salt and pepper.
Wash the parsley, shake dry, chop finely and mix with the minced meat.
Mix the flour, baking powder, baking soda and salt.
Mix the egg with the remaining oil, cheese and yoghurt well.
Mix the flour mixture and the egg mixture well and stir in the minced meat.
Fill the dough into the molds and bake in the oven for about 30 minutes until golden brown and then leave to cool for 5 minutes.
