Instructions

  1. Cook rice in salted water. In the meantime, cut the bell pepper into pieces and the leek into rings. Cut the aubergine into slightly thicker slices and sprinkle with salt. To let go. Crumble the feta and mix with a little oregano.
  2. Fry the minced meat in oil for approx. 5 minutes until crumbly. Add the garlic. Braise something. Dab the aubergine, cut into pieces and add to the mince with the rest of the vegetables. Cook for about 10 minutes. Drain the rice and fold in with the feta. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
