Instructions

  1. Heat a large pan over medium-high heat. Add the minced meat and cook for 5-8 minutes, breaking it apart frequently, until browned. Add the diced onions and cook for 2-3 minutes.
  2. Cut the leeks into rings and add to the pan. If using the sheep's cheese, crumble it and add now. Cook for 3-5 minutes, stirring frequently. Mince 1 clove of garlic (add more to taste if desired) and add to the pan. Stir and cook for 1 minute until fragrant.
  3. Pour in the sour cream and cream, stirring well. Reduce heat to medium and simmer for 5-8 minutes, stirring occasionally. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  4. Serve with rice or garlic baguette, and salad.
