Fry the minced meat, dice the onions and add. Cut the leek into rings and add to the pan. Let everything fry briefly and then dice the garlic very small and add (the amount of garlic can of course be increased if necessary). Stir again and again and deglaze with sour cream and cream. Let everything simmer for a few more minutes.
Sometimes I add a packet of crumbled sheep`s cheese at the same time as the leek so that it can melt a little.
We like to eat rice or garlic baguette and salad with it.
