Instructions

  1. Fry the minced meat in the heated oil in a high pan. Dice the onions, add and fry briefly. Then mix in the rice. Top up with the vegetable stock and cook for 10 minutes with the lid closed. In the meantime, wash, core and cut the peppers into small pieces. Add these to the pan and cook everything together for another 10 minutes. Season the rice pan with salt, pepper and the paprika powder.
