Cut the onions into fine rings, finely grate or press the garlic.
Heat the olive oil in a pan and sweat the onions and garlic briefly, then add the minced meat and fry.
Meanwhile, dice the vegetables and cut the mozzarella into slices.
Add the vegetable cubes to the minced meat and fry briefly. Then add the pizza tomatoes and heat. Now add the cream cheese and melt, season with spices and herbs. Finally, place the mozzarella slices on the vegetables and put a lid on the pan for about 5 minutes so that the cheese melts.
Tip: I eat this dish in the evening, low carb. But rice also tastes incredibly good with it.
