Fry the minced meat with the finely chopped onions. Add two skinned and diced beefsteak tomatoes and continue frying. Season with salt and pepper.
Cook the pasta until al dente according to the instructions on the packet. Then allow to drain. Add the garlic to the yogurt and mix in, then add everything to the minced meat.
Roast the paprika in melted butter and pour over the pasta. Serve garnished with the remaining diced beefsteak tomatoes and parsley.
