Heat the oil and the bacon cubes. Add the onion and bell pepper and sweat with it. Add the minced meat and fry well. Now add tomato paste and stir in. Pour in the meat stock (1/4 to 3/8 liter) and season with the spices and oregano. Reduce thickly on a mild heat, stirring occasionally, if necessary - add a little more liquid if necessary. Serve hot.
