Thaw the dough sheets and roll them out on a floured work surface. Cut out a circle from the Ø of the springform pan, line a springform pan that has been rinsed with water and cut the leftover dough into long strips.
Then clean, wash and chop the vegetables and blanch them in salted water for 3 minutes.
Briefly fry the minced meat with the chopped onion, season and spread on the dough with the well drained vegetables and parsley.
Mix the eggs and cream, season and pour over the cake. Finally, lay out strips of dough in a grid shape and brush with a little egg milk.
