Peel the onions and cut into small pieces. Peel and chop the garlic cloves. Fry the onions and garlic in a deep pan. Add the minced meat and fry until crumbly. Season with salt, pepper and paprika powder and remove from the heat.
Clean the peppers and cut into cubes. Drain the corn. Roll out the pizza dough and brush with the tomato sauce. Spread the crème fraîche on top. Spread the minced meat on top. Top with the corn and diced paprika.
Cut the pizza dough into strips approx. 2 cm thick and roll up into snails. Place on a baking tray covered with baking paper. Put a dollop of crème fraîche on each snail and sprinkle with grated cheese.
Bake in the preheated oven at 220 degrees for about 25 minutes.
The amount is sufficient for approx. One and a half trays with screws.
