Fry the minced meat until crumbly, press the garlic, peel the onions and cut into half rings and add. Peel the potatoes and carrots and cut them into cubes, clean the leek and cut into slices. Add the vegetables to the meat and sauté briefly. Add the vegetable stock and simmer for 25 minutes. Add the cream and the processed cheese, season to taste with salt and pepper, bring to the boil again briefly and enjoy.
