Instructions

  1. Cook potatoes and vegetables separately. The vegetables shouldn`t cook too long as they`ll get a little softer in the oven. I cooked it for 6 minutes, then it`s still crunchy. Fry the minced meat, season with salt, paprika and nutmeg. Add the cream and broth to the minced meat. Preheat the oven to 180 ° C.
  2. Cut the potatoes into slices. Put the potatoes, vegetables and minced meat sauce in layers in a baking dish. Spread the cheese slices or the cheese on top. Please note: only add the processed cheese to the casserole 5 minutes before the end, otherwise it will turn black.
